Electric Cars 100 Years Ago

Thomas Alva Edison: The American inventor Thomas Edison, shot in 1895, leans on his first automobile, a model of the Baker Motor Vehicle Company with electric power. In his left hand he holds one of the batteries which powers his vehicle. Edison improved the batteries for the cars and developed light and efficient source of energy.
